With over 20 years of experience of diverse nursing experience. Alexandria bring a wealth of clinical knowledge and leadership to the perioperative setting. Beginning her career in the pediatrics medical-surgical nursing, and since expanded across the multiple specialties, including Chemo and Biotherapy transplant coordination and vascular access.
Alexandria's passion for mentorship and education has led her to serve as a clinical instructor for an LPN program, where she guided the next generation of nurses with compassion and clinical excellence. As a circulator in the operating room, she has developed a deep understanding of surgical workflow and patient safety, which she now apply in the current role as Education Coordinator across surgical services.
As Education Coordinator she has support clinical competencies, interdisciplinary collaboration and continuous improvement in surgical services. This AORN presentation reflect her commitment to advancing perioperative practice through education, innovation and patient centered approach.
