I’m Valentino Passetti, RN, ANM. I’ve been with Kaiser Permanente for almost 8 years and have served as Assistant Nurse Manager in the Sacramento PACU for the last 2 years. Patient safety and operational efficiency have always been my top priorities.

I strongly believe that when life happens and cases cancel, we shouldn’t let that OR block go to waste, there’s almost always another patient waiting who can benefit from that time. I was proud to assist and support our team’s block-time recovery project, helping turn those unexpected openings into opportunities so more patients could get the surgery they needed, safely and on time.

I love finding practical ways to keep things moving smoothly while keeping our patients and our patients first.
