I currently serve as the Assistant Nurse Manager for the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Sacramento, California. In this role, I support clinical operations, staff development, patient safety initiatives, and quality improvement efforts within a high-acuity perioperative environment.
Throughout my leadership journey, I have actively participated in Rapid Improvement Events and completed 360-degree management training to strengthen my leadership effectiveness and operational oversight. I recently completed the Associate Improvement Advisor Program for Kaiser Permanente management, further enhancing my skills in process improvement, systems thinking, and data-driven performance improvement.
I also serve as a facilitator for the Perioperative Quality and Safety Committees at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center, Sacramento, where I collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advance patient safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
