Taryn Tomlinson, BSN, RN, is the Assistant Nurse Manager at Oregon Health & Science University’s Center for Health and Healing, a high-volume, 15-OR ambulatory surgery center. With over eight years of perioperative nursing experience, she is passionate about operational excellence, staff development, and implementing innovative strategies to improve patient care.
In her current leadership role, Taryn has led multiple initiatives to enhance surgical efficiency and team engagement, including the successful implementation of AI-driven staffing optimization using iQueue. She enjoys collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, mentoring staff, and driving data-informed improvements that support safe, high-quality outcomes.
