Jennifer Goodman brings over two decades of nursing experience to her role as Nurse Manager of the Preoperative and Post-Anesthesia Care Units at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center. With a strong foundation in both intensive care and perianesthesia nursing, Jennifer has spent the past 13 years in progressive leadership positions, including unit educator, assistant nurse manager, and nurse manager.
Jennifer earned her BSN from Georgia Southern University and her MSN from Drexel University. She also shares her passion for nursing education as an adjunct clinical professor at La Salle University, where she mentors future nurses and fosters clinical excellence.
Known for her focus on operational efficiency, staff development, and patient-centered care, Jennifer is committed to empowering nursing teams and advancing the profession. Outside of her leadership role, she enjoys hiking with her dog and discovering new places through travel.
