Ms. Roche currently serves as the Clinical Nurse Leader of the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, IL. Previously, she has served as a Clinical Instructor at Rush University for MSN students, a Clinical Research Nurse for the Healthcare Research Network, and a Melanoma Research Coordinator for Rush University Medical Center.
Ms. Roche earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Howard University and a Master of Science in Nursing from Rush University. She is currently enrolled at Rush University to earn her Doctor of Philosophy with an estimated completion date of 2028.
Ms. Roche is a certified nurse leader (CNL), board-certified nurse executive (NE-BC), and a certified critical care registered nurse (CCRN).
