Susan is currently Director of the Main Operating Room, Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology at Phoenix Children's. Susan has been in Perioperative Services for over 20+ years. As a director for Perioperative Services, she is focused on safe patient practices and is considered a transformational leader in creating and lifting new leaders. She recently was awarded the transformational leadership award for Phoenix Children's in leading the process change in surgical safety.
