Harmeet, a skilled Post-anesthetic Care Unit (PACU) nurse since 2019, combines expertise and compassion to support patients' post-surgical recovery. Her background in emergency nursing equips her to lead confidently as the PACU Relief in Higher Class (RHC) or charge. Holding dual MSN and MHA degrees, Harmeet embodies professional growth and healthcare leadership. Harmeet served as Chair for the Evidenced-based & Research Council of Kaiser Permanente Fremont Medical Center's Professional Governance from January 2024 - December 2024, where she and her team Spearheaded the Evidenced-based and Research Policy that is particularly for the said facility. Outside of work, she's a devoted wife, mother to three daughters, and a passionate volleyball mom, balancing her career with the joys of family life.
