I have worked in the operating room for more years than I can remember. I started out as a staff nurse, became a GYN service coordinator, and I currently have a management role in the OR. I am very active in my local AORN chapter and was the president last year. I'm looking forward to sharing my EBP poster at the national conference and expo in New Orleans in 2026.
