Sara is a Clinical Nurse Manager in Ambulatory Surgery with five years of perioperative experience. She recently transitioned from her role as a staff nurse to management, playing an integral role in opening and leading a new outpatient surgical center. In her leadership role, she focuses on patient safety, team development, and process improvement to ensure exceptional surgical care. Originally from New York, she grew up with two younger brothers and competed as a Division I collegiate swimmer.
