Tracy has worked within Christ Medical Center's Institution providing exceptional care to the surgery patient for many years and moved forward to improve best practices and optimization of patient outcomes. She then grew into her role around epidemiology, infection prevention and excellence in patient care in the perioperative space. Tracy now works with several initiatives, supports and educates multiple sites, and aligns best practices with a multidisciplinary, positive approach with her expansive knowledge and expertise, and has improved many endeavors around the patient care continuum.
