Perioperative Registered Nurse
Tripler Army Medical Center
Captain Fallon Daniels, BSN, RN, CNOR, is a U.S. Army perioperative nurse with six years of professional experience, currently serving as the Operating Room Education Officer in Charge (OIC) at Tripler Army Medical Center. She began her nursing career as a perioperative nurse at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana, before commissioning into active duty military service.
CPT Daniels first served as a medical-surgical nurse, where she built a strong clinical foundation, then transitioned into labor and delivery to further expand her skill set. Her passion for surgical care, team coordination, and patient and staff safety ultimately led her back to perioperative nursing, where she earned her CNOR certification.
In her role as Education OIC, she leads training initiatives, supports continuing professional development, and collaborates with staff to promote evidence-based practices throughout the perioperative environment. Her commitment to safety and quality improvement contributed to her involvement in CPT Bowman’s Laser Safety initiative in the operating room, through which she earned her certification as a Laser Safety Officer (LSO) through AORN.
Drawing from experience across multiple specialties, CPT Daniels brings a comprehensive perspective to surgical care. She remains committed to advancing nursing practice and supporting excellence at every stage of the surgical experience.
