Lisa Lehner MSN, RN, CNOR is currently a Nurse Manager at Northwestern Medicine Delnor Hospital. She earned her BSN and MSN at Loyola University in Chicago. She started her career in the OR 18 years ago as a new graduate nurse. After obtaining her master’s she served as the Educator in the OR with a passion for training new graduate nurses. She worked as an adjunct faculty at Aurora University in partnership with Northwestern Medicine and taught both didactic and clinicals of a perioperative nursing class. Four years ago, she pursued a position in leadership and is the Manager of Surgical Services. She is an active member and has served as President of the Graue Valley chapter of AORN.
