Michelle Manteiga, MSN, RN, Senior Clinical Nurse Educator at Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital in Hollywood, Florida. As a nurse leader, Michelle has over a decade and a half of clinical and leadership experience in pediatric critical care. She is currently serving as the Senior Clinical Nurse Educator for the Pediatric Center for Cardiac Surgery and Image Guided Procedures. Michelle has helped to support the training of the pediatric cardiac interventional team. She has experience in leading innovative nursing programs with a focus on retention and high-quality care delivery. Michelle is passionate about the essential support needed in the transition to practice phase and psychological safety to retain staff and to ensure the highest level of quality patient care.
