My name is Ryan Carter RN BSN CNOR RNFA. I am the Surgical Clinician Manager for the Cleveland Clinic Heart and Vascular institute at the main campus in Cleveland Ohio, the number one Heart Center in the world for the past 30 years. Here I manage the largest group of RNFA's in the country. I have spent my entire 20-year career in the operating room with experience in almost every service line.
In all the institutions I have worked for I have always gravitated toward leadership roles. With those opportunities I have developed my philosophy of mentorship, education and shared success to build teams that provide the highest levels of patient care, quality and efficiency.
My focus as a leader has always been finding innovative ways to develop teams that perform at a very high level professionally and personally with a focus on work life balance. I am blessed to have my beautiful wife and four amazing children that have always provided me with my foundation for my successful career.
