MaryClair Reese currently serves as the Interim Director of Perioperative Services at Southern Ocean Medical Center. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Thomas Edison State University and is distinguished by her two specialty nursing certifications. MaryClair is advancing her expertise further as a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) candidate at Monmouth University.
As an accomplished speaker, MaryClair has presented at the AORN Global Conference and Expo as a podium speaker on multiple occasions, including in 2023 and 2025. Her dedication to sustainability is evident in her efforts to implement eco-friendly initiatives within healthcare, inspiring others to embrace sustainable practices. She also values community engagement and consistently works to foster connections between Southern Ocean Medical Center and the surrounding community. Additionally, she volunteers her time to support local causes as a member of the Rotary of Long Beach Island.

In her leisure moments, she enjoys traveling, reading, running, practicing yoga.
