A registered nurse with over 35 years of experience, 8 years medical surgical and 27 years in the operating room. Obtained BSN in 2018 and CNOR in 2022. Works as a charge nurse currently and is chair of our shared governance team. Involved in transformational leadership committee, Nursing Congress and surgical service practice council for our organization. Attend monthly AORN meetings.
