Jennifer Martinez has been a project manager for Surgical Services/Endoscopy at Advocate Christ Medical Center since February 2022, in which she became part of the FCOTS reactivation project team. Jennifer is a participant in the ongoing FCOTS program which includes daily FCOTS huddle delay review/ classification, FCOTS action planning, and FCOTS metrics compilation.
