With 22 years of experience in the Operating Room, I have navigated the intense, fast-paced world of surgical nursing through both triumphs and challenges. My journey has taught me the importance of resilience, teamwork, and above all—Self-care. As I continue to grow in this demanding field, I am passionate about promoting wellness among perioperative nurses and sharing tools that support long-term sustainability in our profession. I am a current Board Member of AORN Capital Sacramento Chapter, a UBPC Member, a CPC Sustainability Champion and a Peer Support Responder.
