Cassidy Rutledge is the Perioperative Nursing Professional Development Specialist at Wexford Hospital, part of the Allegheny Health Network. Her extensive background in operating room nursing includes experience as both a scrub and circulating nurse across a variety of surgical specialties. Transitioning to education and professional development, she now focuses on advancing the skills and knowledge of her colleagues. Cassidy holds a BSN from West Chester University and an MSN with a concentration in Nursing Education from Penn State University. She is also a Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR).
