Jen Kelly has fifteen years of experience in perioperative nursing, including nursing education, and clinical systems leadership. She brings a strong foundation in informatics, policy development, and change management. Jen has held leadership roles at leading institutions including Sharp HealthCare, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, and Northwell Health’s Lenox Hill Hospital, where she led RN transition programs, implemented data-driven strategies to reduce SSIs, streamlined clinical workflows, and elevated staff training. She is dedicated to advancing patient safety through evidence-based practice and interdisciplinary collaboration.
