Using AI-generated, sports-themed visuals modeled after professional trading cards, certified nurses, surgical technologists, and surgical assistants were featured on a public display board in a high-traffic area. The MCP board celebrates clinical excellence, fosters a culture of lifelong learning, and motivates others to pursue certification. Outcomes included increased participation, positive feedback from staff and visitors, and renewed interest in professional development.
