Description: At our University Hospital, intraoperative stroke cases are performed in the operating room within an endovascular suite. While these procedures are typically conducted in such settings, the existing documentation did not adequately meet the needs of stroke patients. To address this, a multidisciplinary team was formed to develop customized documentation that includes pulse checks and sheath/wound assessments.
